What Do We Do?
We coach dance in various formats.
We can provide a dance workshop, a dance party, or a dance performance!
We have various dance clubs for different ages, for which we have a wide variety of members. We have a performance troupe who are well known in Sussex, as well as parts of Hampshire and Surrey and who perform to various audiences.
We can provide choreography for your special occasion, whether that be a birthday or a wedding or we can provide that stunt team to make your event one that is talked about.
However, what we are most known for is our ability to ensure that every person who wants to join in is able to. We have an in-house choreography team who work closely with the coaching team and the dancers, and the results are truly amazing! It is this service which has led us to be so successful in our chosen field, and has gained us the superb reputation that we strive to keep.
Why Dance?
In today's society, obesity is becoming an ever increasing problem. Gone are the days when it was just the adults who had weight issues, now many of our children are suffering the same fate. Exercise is critical to all of our healths and welfare, and creating an active leisure lifestyle is paramount when it comes to helping our children maintain healthy weights.
Dance is a form of physical exercise that can be enjoyed by all no matter what ability. Dance is a socialisation process that can help to make new friends. Dance is a skill that can be taught and will last a lifetime. Dance is a positive way of expressing ourselves.

What Dance Style?
We specialise in FuZe! This is the latest craze in dance styles, its popularity being due to its versatility! We are the leading dance company in the UK in this field and hold the UK licence for teaching it in schools and at our clubs and workshops.
Alongside FuZe we teach hip-hop, street, modern, and urban. Our performance troupe 'The Dragonflies' cover most styles dependant on the event, and have recently been known to perform contemporary, street-jazz, and rock 'n' roll alongside their usual carnival & interactive routines.
